Super Bock Group (formerly Unicer) needed to consolidate its internal approval workflows into a single portal, with visibility over all requests, priorities and deadlines. Solution: a unified OutSystems platform, synchronised with SAP

ORBCOM implemented an OutSystems application that brings all workflows together in a modern, intuitive interface. The portal allows users to create requests with structured information, approve or reject in seconds — on desktop or mobile — and track deadlines and SLAs through a daily dashboard. Direct integration with SAP ensures tasks, statuses and history stay aligned across systems, avoiding rework and manual errors. A governance layer enables delegations by task type and controlled access profiles, ensuring security and compliance.

In addition, the solution includes a tailored audit trail for every action, notifications for critical events and short iteration cycles, enabling continuous improvement without disrupting operations.
